1. Acceptance

By using Velo Mobility, you agree to these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must hold a valid driving licence for motorised vehicles. You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental period.

3. Owner Responsibilities

Owners must ensure vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and accurately described on the platform.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Platform fee of 15% applies to all transactions.
